This one and a half hour period will allow you to practice gymnastics according to your personal training plan. The supervision of the designated trainer will allow you to have fun and exercise safely according to your physical condition and gymnastic background. Lessons without a parent

This class will allow your child to take a step towards independence by separating from mom and dad for the first time! He will learn to follow his coach's instructions, develop his concentration and confidence.
