Recreational gymnastics at Unigym Gatineau includes gymnastics, trampoline, tumbling and parkour! This sector of activity is aimed at anyone aged 18 months and over who practices a gymnastic sport recreationally. Whether for pure enjoyment or as an introduction to competition, participants can explore a variety of classes focusing on gymnastic movements.

They will discover a colorful and musical gymnastics environment with several apparatus to climb, jump, run, roll and especially have fun! A qualified trainer will help them improve their motor skills and gymnastics.

This trampoline class is aimed at children who want to jump and learn basic trampoline movements. Children will be able to do physical activity, develop their coordination, concentration and self-esteem. While playing and following the instructions, children will learn the vocabulary, basic movements and safety rules of trampoline sport.
