Advanced Trampoline (8-15 years old) - Winter 2026
Prerequisite: The child must have attended at least one session in the Intermediate group or have received an invitation from a coach.
This trampoline course is for children who have already acquired the basic trampoline movements and have successfully mastered the elements required in the Intermediate course. They will be able to learn new moves, be physically active, develop their coordination, concentration and self-esteem.

They will discover a colorful and musical gymnastics environment with several apparatus to climb, jump, run, roll and especially have fun! This program focuses on physical activity. Children will develop their coordination, concentration and self-esteem. Children will learn the vocabulary and movements related to the sport of gymnastics. The CANGYM program (levels 1 to 12) is the learning and evaluation tool.
