Recreational gymnastics at Unigym Gatineau includes gymnastics, trampoline, tumbling and parkour! This sector of activity is aimed at anyone aged 18 months and over who practices a gymnastic sport recreationally. Whether for pure enjoyment or as an introduction to competition, participants can explore a variety of classes focusing on gymnastic movements.

Upon request of the parent, individual support is available for children with ASD or a mild disability. This support is offered for a child who can function in a group with the support of a designated instructor for the duration of the recreational session, the camp week or the pedagogical day!

Parkour for all - Winter 2026
Parkour is approached as the art of movement. This discipline consists in successively crossing various obstacles, by agile and fast movements, with or without acrobatic figures. Power, speed, flexibility, explosiveness, balance, muscular endurance... based on the body awareness of the practitioners.
This course consists of an introduction in order to acquire basic notions of security.
