This trampoline class is for children who want to jump and learn trampoline moves. There will be a focus on combinations and routines. Participants will also be introduced to other trampoline sports equipment.

Tumbling beginner/intermediate (ages 6-12) - Winter 2026
This class is for participants who wish to learn the basic tumbling moves: the round-off and the base of the flic as well as their sequences.
Tumbling is a discipline related to trampoline sports. Very similar to gymnastics flooring, athletes will learn sequences of acrobatic movements on a 25-meter track.
