This sector of activity is aimed at all children aged 18 months and over who practice a gymnastic sport in a recreational form. Whether for pure enjoyment or as an introduction to competition, participants can explore a wide range of classes with gymnastic movements as their common criterion.

In order to feel safe, your child will explore the world of gymnastics with the help of a parent. This one and a half hour period will allow you to practice gymnastics according to your personal training plan. The supervision of the designated trainer will allow you to have fun and exercise safely according to your physical condition and gymnastic background. At the beginning of the session, you will be asked to read the rules of the gym and our code of conduct.
Gatineau
