Like the Ladybug class, your child will perfect basic gymnastic movements, such as moving, jumping and rolling, while working on balance and coordination. They will also explore new situations such as spatial orientation and body awareness.

Introduction to floor gymnastics! This class will allow the athlete to explore the basics of floor gymnastics while developing coordination, spatial orientation, muscle strength and flexibility. This class is for beginners.

Prerequisite: The child must have successfully completed the Cangym Level 3 program or have received an invitation from a coach.
This program is designed for children who have already acquired basic gymnastics skills and who wish to acquire and practice more advanced movements and routines. Prerequisite: The child must have successfully completed the Cangym Level 3 program or have received an invitation from a coach.

This program focuses on physical activity. The children will develop their coordination, concentration and self-esteem. While playing and following instructions, children will learn the vocabulary and movements of the sport. The CANGYM program (levels 1 to 12) is the learning and evaluation tool.

This course is for children who want to take on new challenges and improve their gymnastics even faster. Like the Mini-Elite, the emphasis is on perfecting basic gymnastics movements and developing physical and motor skills. This group leads to the pre-competitive program.

Like the Ladybug class, your child will perfect basic gymnastic movements, such as moving, jumping and rolling, while working on balance and coordination. They will also explore new situations such as spatial orientation and body awareness.

In order to feel safe, your child will explore the world of gymnastics with the help of a parent. They will discover a colorful and musical gymnastics environment with several apparatus to climb, jump, run, roll and especially have fun! A qualified trainer will help them improve their motor skills and gymnastics.

This one and a half hour period will allow you to practice gymnastics according to your personal training plan. The supervision of the designated trainer will allow you to have fun and exercise safely according to your physical condition and gymnastic background. At the beginning of the session, you will be asked to read the rules of the gym and our code of conduct.

This class will allow your child to take a step towards independence by separating from mom and dad for the first time! He will learn to follow his coach's instructions, develop his concentration and confidence. They will also discover new ways to move by practicing basic gymnastic movements such as moves, jumps, rolls and swings while working on their balance and coordination.
