In order to feel safe, your child will explore the world of gymnastics with the help of a parent. They will discover a colorful and musical gymnastics environment with several apparatus to climb, jump, run, roll and especially have fun! A qualified trainer will help them improve their motor skills and gymnastics.

Like the Ladybug class, your child will perfect basic gymnastic movements, such as moving, jumping and rolling, while working on balance and coordination. They will also explore new situations such as spatial orientation and body awareness.

Pre-requisite beginner 3-5 years old ** must have attended at least one session of the ladybugs or grasshoppers course.

Pre-requisite intermediate 4-6 years old ** must have attended at least one session of the mini-elite beginner course.

He will learn to follow his coach's instructions, develop his concentration and confidence. They will also discover new ways to move by practicing basic gymnastic movements such as moves, jumps, rolls and swings while working on their balance and coordination.
